Bosley HairClub in Albany, NY is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in the hair and personal care industry. You’ll be the welcoming face from the moment clients walk in, supporting them through a very personal journey and coordinating their appointments.

The role emphasizes client experience, collaboration with styling teams, and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment. Expect a stable, hourly wage, paid training, and benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office or similar field.
• Warm, professional communication with clients and teammates.
• Strong organization and time management to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable, able to stay composed and contribute as part of a team.
