HairClub is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk/guest services representative in New York. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, process transactions, and support the styling team to ensure a smooth client journey.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of high-paced guest service experience.
• Point of sale system experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company.
• Demonstrate superior organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients & visitors promptly with a positive attitude and assist with requests.
• Answer calls promptly and direct to staff as needed while minimizing disruption to clients.
• Enter client transactions using correct codes and tenders.
• Manage scheduling: advance bookings, wait times, and confirmations.
• Support styling team with scheduling, changes, and retail/service add‑ons.
