Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas to improve service quality.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution.
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists.
