Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a client service professional to respond to orders, inquiries, invoices and complaints in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will identify root causes, coordinate timely resolutions and maintain high service levels across internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client service, with strong problem-solving, documentation and listening skills, plus a working knowledge of freight forwarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years client service experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to orders, client inquiries, invoice questions and complaints.
• Record and monitor problem areas to enable timely resolutions.
• Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service and communicate outcomes.
• Provide clear explanations of solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
