Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a client service professional to respond to orders and inquiries, resolve invoice questions and complaints, and identify problem areas to improve service. The role includes guiding a team of client service specialists, coaching, and handling complex issues with care and efficiency.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of client service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of client service experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determines cause and explains best solution; expedites corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution.
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists.
• Other duties as assigned.
