Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service, order entry or inside sales in printing/packaging/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and enter customer orders and specifications into the ERP system with accuracy.
• Be the primary contact for clients via phone and email on status, specs, pricing, and shipping.
• Prepare and deliver price quotes; follow up on quotes to secure sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, prepress/design, and shipping to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and account histories in company systems.
• Support outside sales with lead generation and product samples; assist backend admin tasks.
• Proactively troubleshoot customer issues and maintain high satisfaction.
