Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the main liaison between our company, distributors, and customers in our US distribution office. The role involves order entry, inventory allocation, and updating customers throughout the order process to ensure timely delivery and high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Netsuite preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from distributors and customers.
• Enter orders into the company system and allocate to inventory.
• Check stock levels to address requests.
• Release orders to the shipment team for timely dispatch.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with effective solutions.
• Provide timely updates on order status and delivery timelines.
