Job summary

Piworld in Springfield, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will split time between customer service/inside sales and facilitation, entering job specs and managing work orders from creation to delivery. You will maintain regular contact with active customers, provide updates, and support production schedules, with a schedule of 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary range is $60,000-$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales within a high-volume, deadline-driven printing environment.
• Experience with digital printing or other areas of the printing industry is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret job instructions and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Enter job specifications for potential and existing work orders.
• Manage customer orders and track jobs from creation through production and final delivery.
• Perform daily and weekly inside sales activities, including 30–50 outbound phone calls per day.
• Receive and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with vendors regarding supplies, materials, and outsourced production needs.
• Monitor Work in Process (WIP) and other operational reports to maximize efficiency and maintain production schedules.
• Manage small “house” accounts and provide ongoing customer maintenance and support.

Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales & Facilitation-Springfield,NJ

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to efficiently complete assigned tasks while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Company’s sales and production goals. This position is approximately 50% Customer Service/Inside Sales and 50% Facilitation.

The CSR is responsible for entering job specifications, and managing work orders from initial creation through production and delivery.

The CSR will also maintain regular communication with active customers, including contacting customers at least once per month to provide updates, address needs, and strengthen customer relationships.

Schedule:9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
