Service Partners in Mooresville, NC seeks a customer service professional to be the key contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

Ideal candidates are resourceful, with a positive, professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math for order accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
