Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles.
• B2B customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (AS400 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, shipping, and billing details.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve order and billing issues, and address service concerns.
• Coordinate with sales, production, accounting, quality, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Track orders, provide timely updates to customers, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Support ongoing business growth by fostering positive customer relationships.
