JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences in our branch. You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend tailored banking solutions using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will manage assigned clients, build lasting relationships, and provide consultative service while adhering to banking policies and training requirements. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent client-focused service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly to clients.
• Compliance with banking policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life) required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, in person and by phone, to build relationships.
• Consult with clients and connect them to digital tools to meet needs.
• Educate clients about products and services and tailor recommendations.
• Adhere to risk parameters and regulatory requirements.
