Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliant behavior.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses—unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
