Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and over the phone.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and address needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; connect clients to experts for special needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulatory requirements.
