The role emphasizes delivering an excellent client experience, cross-selling banking products, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be needed, with licensing support as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are needed or obtainable within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
