McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Client Arrangements Specialist in Palo Alto to support client fee arrangements through precise data entry and workflow coordination. The role collaborates with the Client Arrangements Supervisor and Analysts to optimize the arrangements process while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with electronic billing systems is preferred; Aderant Expert and Rate Hierarchy are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide data entry support for rate setup changes as approved by leadership.
• Oversee assignment of Change Requests to Analysts based on Practice Group.
• Support new and updated Non-Standard Arrangements in the repository.
• Monitor the Group Inbox and alert team to time-sensitive inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries on client arrangement terms in a timely manner.
• Assist with time, billing, and disbursement rules setup.
