Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP in New York seeks a Client Arrangements Specialist to support the Client Arrangements department with data entry for client fee arrangements, under supervision and guidelines.

The role partners with the Client Arrangements Supervisor and Analysts to interpret and improve the arrangements cycle, manage time-sensitive inquiries, and ensure timely setup of time, billing, and disbursement rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with electronic billing systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry support for rate setup changes and approvals.
• Oversee assignment of change requests to Analysts by Practice Group.
• Support non-standard arrangements in the repository and maintain the Group Inbox.
• Assist in responding to inquiries on client arrangement terms and billing rules.
