Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with electronic billing systems is a plus (Aderant Expert, Rate Hierarchy).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry support for rate setup changes as approved by team leadership.
• Oversee assignment of Change Requests to Analysts based on Practice Group.
• Support non-standard arrangements in the Client Arrangements Repository.
• Manage the Client Arrangements Group Inbox and flag time-sensitive inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries on client arrangement terms in a timely manner.
• Support requests for time, billing, and disbursement rules setup.
