Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Client Arrangements Specialist to join our Client Arrangements department. The role focuses on data entry for client fee arrangements and requirements, coordinating with Client Accounting, Legal Assistants, and Analysts to optimize the client arrangements cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with electronic billing systems; Aderant Expert and Rate Hierarchy a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client service, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Discretion handling confidential information and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry support for rate setup changes approved by team leadership.
• Oversee assignment of Change Requests to Analysts based on Practice Group.
• Support data entry for new or updated Non-Standard Arrangements in the repository.
• Monitor the Group Inbox and alert team to urgent inquiries.
• Assist in responding to inquiries on client arrangement terms.
• Support requests for time, billing, and disbursement rules setup.
