Drive specifications, grow market share, and build lasting relationships with design professionals.

The role focuses on educating engineers, delivering technical seminars, and positioning Siteworks as a basis of design across commercial, industrial, municipal, and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in specification business development within plumbing/related industries.
• Ability to influence engineering specs and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude with clear communication of complex product information.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US to influence specifications.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks trench drain solutions and related products through presentations and seminars.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specs for commercial, industrial, municipal, and site development projects.
• Collaborate with sales teams and manufacturer reps to maximize market penetration and provide technical guidance.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and communicate project updates.
