Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the United States. The goal is to establish our products as a basis of design in engineering specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth.

This role requires strong relationship building, technical presentation skills, and the ability to work with manufacturers’ reps

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Promote Siteworks products, including trench and interceptors, to target specifiers.
• Deliver technical presentations, lunch-and-learns, seminars, and onsite trainings.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize penetration.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage project opportunities.
• Monitor market intelligence platforms to identify upcoming projects and trends.
