Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions and establish them as a basis of design across civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the US. You will drive penetration through education, presentations, and technical support.

Territory covers South Central regions with heavy travel; strong collaboration with reps and sales teams, CRM documentation, and market intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of specification business development experience in the plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence product selection.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and trench product applications.
• Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, seminars, and onsite trainings.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications for various applications.
• Review drawings and specs to identify substitution opportunities.
• Partner with reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Track project specifications and market intelligence to support sales.
