Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions across civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the Southwest region of the US.

The role focuses on establishing Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth, with heavy travel (50–75%) and strong collaboration with reps and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in specification business development within plumbing/related industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage engineers across US regions to promote Siteworks.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specs for multiple applications.
• Deliver technical seminars, lunch-and-learns, and trainings to drive awareness.
• Collaborate with reps and internal teams to maximize market penetration.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
