Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development within plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US to promote Siteworks trench drain products.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications; deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and seminars.
• Proactively position Siteworks as basis of design; review project drawings and specifications for substitutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration; provide technical guidance.
