Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers nationwide. The goal is to establish Siteworks as the basis of design in engineering specs and to drive market penetration and sales growth.

The role covers the Northeast territory and requires 50–75% travel. You will present to engineers, run lunch-and-learn sessions, and support design professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specification business development in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key engineers across the US to influence specifications.
• Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and seminars to drive awareness.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications for various applications.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product leadership.
