Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the U.S. The role focuses on establishing Siteworks as a basis of design in specifications and driving market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of specification business development experience in plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers to influence product selection.
• Promote Siteworks products through presentations, seminars, and trainings.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications for various applications.
• Collaborate with manufacturers reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Document interactions and track opportunities in the CRM system.
