Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the Northeast US. The role drives Siteworks as a basis of design in specifications and accelerates market penetration through technical education and targeted engagements.

Travel will be 50-75%, with a focus on building long-term relationships, educating engineers on product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification development within plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications.
• Deliver product presentations, seminars, and trainings to drive awareness.
• Collaborate with reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Manage CRM interactions and track project specifications.
