Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US. The primary objective is to establish our trench drain solutions as a basis of design within engineering specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth.

Territory includes the South Central region with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specification business development within the plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications including trench and interceptors.
• Proactively position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications.
• Partner with manufacturer representatives and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide CRM updates and coordinate opportunities with internal teams.
• Utilize market intelligence platforms to identify upcoming projects and inform strategy.
