Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead 24/7 operations of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals. You will build scalable infrastructure, align with executives, and balance cost, quality, and service levels while expanding inbound and outbound strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, a pharmacy license, and a track record of scaling large teams in fast-growth environments with strong process discipline.

Qualifications

Executive leadership with 10+ years in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience managing large remote/hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
Pharmacy background: licensed pharmacist in good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto.
Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and clinicians.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
