Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead our 24/7 unified team of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, spanning pharmacy, nursing and social work. You will scale operations, balance cost, quality and SLAs while guiding inbound and outbound strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in executive clinical call center leadership, strong change management, regulatory compliance experience and the ability to harmonize processes across legacy Truepill and Alto entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to lead remote/hybrid teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in at least one state.
• Strong process engineering, quality management, and operational scaling expertise.
• Knowledge of state boards of pharmacy and DEA regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy Truepill and Alto with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and key initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and clinicians.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance for a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, HR, finance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
