Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 scaled workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, unifying operations across legacy platforms. You will drive strategic direction, standardize processes, ensure compliance, and partner with senior leaders to support rapid growth and high-quality patient engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
Proven track record managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy, with willingness to obtain additional Non-Resident Licenses as dictated by business strategy.
Deep success in process engineering, quality management systems, and scaling multi-site pharmacy Fulfillment.
Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
Exceptional change management and cultural alignment across large organizations.
Strong strategic communication skills to influence across a matrix organization and key stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage for 450+ agents.
Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and DEA/state board standards.
Formalize and lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other senior leaders on launches and readiness.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
