Fuze Health seeks an experienced VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 network of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals. You will shape strategy, scale operations, and harmonize efforts across legacy teams to ensure compassionate, compliant patient engagement while balancing cost and service levels.

The role requires 10+ years in executive clinical operations, a pharmacy background, and strong change-management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive growth and quality

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience in managing 400+ remote/hybrid staff in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing is preferred.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality management, and scaling operations.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities.
• Proven ability to navigate cultural changes and lead transformations.
• Strong strategic communication to influence across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical for multiple brands with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and state board/DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders on launches.
• Lead, coach and develop the leadership team.
