Qualifikationen

• Executive leader with 10+ years in clinical call centers, clinical ops, or pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist with state board eligibility.
• Operational excellence in process engineering, quality management, and scaling of pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience with regulatory bodies (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Proven change management and cultural alignment across large organizations.
• Strong strategic communication and stakeholder collaboration at senior levels.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy or related field.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement while executing high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 400+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and harmonize Rx center SOPs.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and interaction with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
