Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ strong team of care agents and licensed clinicians. The role drives operational maturity, cost-quality tradeoffs, and strategic initiatives while ensuring compassionate patient engagement and robust regulatory compliance across legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in at least one state with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality systems, and scaling operations.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory authorities (State Boards/DEA).
• Strong change management, strategic communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed clinical professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and standardize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team.
