Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the ChargebackHelp Sales Team, driving growth by connecting merchants, acquirers, ISOs, and payment providers with chargeback prevention and dispute management solutions.

You will identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and build lasting partnerships to protect revenue and reduce risk. You will grow market presence, engage at industry events, and collaborate across teams to ensure onboarding and rapid value

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience related to card-not-present processing and online payments.
• 5+ years in business development, sales or revenue roles with proven growth.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback workflows and merchant/acquirer operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales through data-driven analysis and value messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing leadership.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and able to coordinate across time zones.
