Global Payments is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the ChargebackHelp Sales Team and shape the future of global commerce by driving growth and building strategic partnerships.

You will connect merchants, ISOs, acquirers and PSPs with chargeback prevention solutions, delivering data-driven business cases and fostering client success across a global ecosystem. This role offers collaboration across time zones and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in card-not-present/online payments.
• 5+ years in business development or sales roles with revenue targets.
• Knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows in card payments.
• Proven ability to influence prospects and close deals.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentations.
• Team-oriented, results-driven, across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue.
• Influence purchasing decisions with consultative discovery and business cases.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at industry events and grow presence.
• Collaborate across teams for onboarding and rapid value realization.
• Manage pipeline, market intelligence, and forecasting.
