Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the ChargebackHelp Sales Team. You’ll connect merchants, ISOs, and payment providers with chargeback prevention solutions to protect revenue and reduce risk.

You will build a robust pipeline, influence decision-makers, and expand market presence by representing ChargebackHelp at industry events while ensuring seamless onboarding and rapid value realization for new clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with card-not-present transaction processing and online payments.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or revenue roles with growth targets.
• Knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows across online card environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales results through data-driven analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing conversations.
• Collaborative, results-oriented team player across time zones.
• Experience with CRM, pricing processes, pipeline reporting, and Excel analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue.
• Influence strategic decisions with consultative discovery and business cases.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at industry events and grow brand presence.
• Partner cross-functionally to onboard new customers quickly.
