Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to advance growth by connecting merchants, ISOs, and payment providers with ChargebackHelp solutions that safeguard revenue and reduce risk.

You’ll drive opportunities, influence decisions, and expand our market presence across the payments ecosystem. You’ll own the pipeline, partner cross-functionally for onboarding, and participate in industry events to elevate brand visibility.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in card-not-present processing and online payments.
• 5+ years in business development or revenue-generating roles with a proven growth track record.
• Knowledge of chargeback workflows across online card payments.
• Proven ability to drive sales with data-driven analysis and compelling value stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing conversations and presentations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and time-zone prioritization across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by building and converting a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, creating measurable revenue impact.
• Influence strategic purchasing decisions through consultative discovery and data-driven business cases.
• Expand market presence by representing ChargebackHelp at industry events and strengthening partnerships.
• Accelerate client onboarding and rapid adoption of solutions to realize business value for new customers.
