Global Payments in Jacksonville is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the ChargebackHelp Sales Team. You will drive growth by connecting merchants, ISOs, acquirers and payment providers with dispute management solutions that protect revenue.

You will build a strong pipeline, influence decisions with data-driven cases, represent ChargebackHelp at events, and collaborate across teams to ensure onboarding and rapid value realization for new customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in card-not-present and online payments.
• 5+ years in business development or sales with growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback workflows in card environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales via data-driven analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing experience.
• Motivated, competitive and collaborative with cross-team effectiveness.
• Experience with CRM, pricing processes and multi-time zone work.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by building and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Influence purchasing decisions with consultative discovery and business cases.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at industry events to expand market presence.
