Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the ChargebackHelp Sales Team in the United States. You will drive growth by connecting merchants, ISOs, and payment providers with chargeback prevention and dispute management solutions that protect revenue.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to onboard new customers, expand market presence, and forecast pipeline while building credible business cases for decision-makers across the payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in card-not-present transaction processing and online payment industries.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or revenue roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows across online card payment environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales through data-driven analysis and clear value articulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a qualified pipeline to drive revenue growth.
• Influence purchasing decisions with consultative discovery and business cases.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at industry events to expand market presence.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding and rapid adoption for new customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, market intelligence, and forecasting for sustainable growth.
