Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience related to card-not-present transaction processing and online payment ecosystems.
• 5+ years of success in business development, sales or revenue-generating roles with growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows across online card environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales through data-driven analysis and value articulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by building and converting a strong pipeline with measurable revenue impact.
• Influence strategic decisions via consultative discovery and data-driven business cases.
• Expand market presence by representing ChargebackHelp at industry events and partnerships.
