Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Channel Sales professional to serve small businesses (1–99 employees) with payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships and driving new logos.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of relevant sales experience, comfortable with high activity, fast cycles, and quota-driven goals. This is a full-time role offering an opportunity to grow within One Paychex.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
