Paychex is seeking a Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, targeting SMBs with 1-99 employees. You will build relationships with bankers and clients to drive new logos and own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Ability to handle high activity, fast cycles, and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and clients to win logos.
• Maintain high activity levels (calls, follow-ups, touchpoints).
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage fast-paced sales cycles (1–2 weeks) with SMB owners.
• Own end-to-end deal process from prospecting to closing.
