Job summary

Paychex seeks a Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos. You’ll manage high-volume activity and move deals through a fast-paced sales cycle, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
