Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Channel Sales professional to support small businesses (1-99 employees) with payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and drive a high-volume sales pipeline.

You will manage short sales cycles, own the end-to-end process, and position Paychex as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with forecasting and sales planning is a plus.
• Sales or related environment experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
