Paychex is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales professional to help small businesses access payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will generate new business via referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with bankers and clients to win logos.

You will manage a fast-paced pipeline, conduct high-volume activity, and own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This role emphasizes growth, quota attainment, and collaboration with One Paychex teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Sales.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
