Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional in a fast-paced environment. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, while building deep relationships with CPAs and clients to win new logos.

You will manage high-volume activity, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance, guiding prospects from prospecting to closing. Competitive mindset and drive to meet quotas are valued.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process from prospecting to closing deals.
