Job summary

Paychex is recruiting for an entry-to-mid level Channel Sales role in the United States. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with CPAs and clients to win new logos.

Expect high-volume activity and a fast-moving sales cycle focused on payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions. You should have 1 year of relevant sales/marketing experience, a willingness to work with partnerships, and a track record of meeting

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Experience working toward goals or quotas and leadership experience from any setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
