Rise Technical in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a training and partner enablement professional to own the partner journey from onboarding through product education, ongoing support, and account development.

You’ll create training content and enablement materials, deliver sessions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to help partners understand our products and communicate their value. On-site five days a week with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B channel enablement, partner development, customer onboarding, or account management.
• Experience creating and delivering training or education programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn engineering products and explain them clearly.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to own growth in a fast-paced business.
