Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Channel Enablement Manager (Manufacturing / Equipment Sales) to own the channel enablement program end-to-end. This on-site role will build onboarding, training content, and enablement playbooks with cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering channel enablement programs in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to build onboarding, enablement and training materials.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing and Engineering.
• CRM exposure is a plus and beneficial for adoption and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebuild the channel enablement program end-to-end (onboarding, enablement, ongoing support).
• Build and deliver partner training, education, and enablement materials.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing and Engineering to support partner success.
• On-site in St. Augustine, FL (5 days/week) with occasional travel.
