Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in St. Augustine, FL seeks a channel enablement leader to redesign and own the partner journey from onboarding to ongoing enablement. You will develop training content and enablement playbooks, working with Sales/Marketing and Engineering to ensure partner success.

This on-site role (5 days/week) includes stock/ownership options, autonomy, and long-term growth, with occasional travel as needed. Previous CRM exposure is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing enablement programs.
• CRM exposure is a plus.
• Ability to drive change in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebuild the channel enablement program end-to-end.
• Build and deliver partner training and enablement materials.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing and Engineering.
• On-site in St. Augustine, FL with occasional travel.
